Julie has over 30 years of experience in commercial law, particularly in intellectual property, gained in both public and private organizations. She stands out for her ability to support senior management, lead strategic projects, and manage and prioritize legal and commercial risks.
She offers specialized legal services, including negotiation, review and drafting of complex agreements, strategic consulting and intellectual property management. She assists her clients in developing and implementing policies and procedures, contract management and regulatory compliance, as well as providing coaching and training for their teams.
She has worked in public and private organizations, such as the Institut national de la recherche scientifique, Desjardins General Insurance Group, the National Optics Institute and the Government of Canada, as well as in private practice.

Geneviève Hallé-Désilets
Geneviève has been assisting her clients for over 10 years in managing their intellectual property assets and ensuring compliance for their operations, particularly in the areas of advertising and marketing, labeling and packaging, consumer law, e-commerce, and privacy. She also has extensive experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various complex commercial agreements and in developing organizational policies. Geneviève completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at HEC Montréal, as well as a dual legal education in civil law and common law at the University of Ottawa.
She practiced in law firms and then in a research institute. Her diverse background allows her to have a keen understanding of her clients' challenges and needs, enabling her to offer strategic advice rooted in their operational reality, while anticipating and managing risks.
